Registration Guidelines
Registration fee slab will be based on the date of receipt of payment
Conference registration is mandatory to attend workshop, paper/poster presentation.
Please provide all the necessary details as required in the form, it will be used for important conference communication.
PG Student should submit BONAFIDE CERTIFICATE along with Registration.
AIDAA membership is mandatory for paper/poster presentation
The registration is complimentary to all AIDAA members of age group 70 years and above. However, the online registration is mandatory through the website.
Registration is mandatory for accompanying person above 8 years of age. Accompanying person and children will not be allowed to attend the scientific sessions.
Please produce the confirmation registration number sent to you at the time of registration, at the Registration counter during the conference.
The delegate will be given an E-Certificate of participation which shall be sent on registered email-id of the delegate after completion of the conference.
Complimentary kit is not guaranteed for spot registrations.
Workshop kits may not be provided for the spot registrations.
While registering for Conference + Membership. We will contact you separately for the process of becoming AIDAA Member, after your conference registration confirmation is received.
Registration payment
The registration is non-transferable.
Mentioned rates are inclusive of 18% GST.
Refund Policy
All cancellation requests should be made in writing and sent to Secretariat by post or email used for registration
Cancellation refund amount excludes GST charges as applicable in all categories of refund
Any cancellation received till 31th July 2025 will be entitled for 100% refund of the registration amount paid
Any cancellation received from 1st August 2025 to 15th August 2025 will be entitled to 50% refund of the registration amount paid
No refund will be made for cancellation on or after 16th August 2025.
All refunds will be made 30 days after completion of the conference
The Registration fee for the workshop is non-refundable.

Online Payment: Delegates can pay online by using the debit card, credit card and net banking options. (Applicable bank charges extra on the registration fee for online registration)
Offline Payment (via Bank Tranfer / UPI):
Option A : via NEFT/ RTGS
Registration form needs to be filled using the online portal available on the website. After making NEFT / RTGS payment the delegate has to upload the details online in the portal and provide the Transaction Details of the payment. The confirmation will be sent to the delegate email ID within 7 working days.

Offline payment mode is for NEFT / RTGS / UPI
