GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

• AIDAA membership is mandatory for paper/poster presentation.
• Presenting author can submit an abstract without AIDAA registration number.
• But the AIDAA membership number has to be mandatorily produced at the time of presentation.
• Please enter the name of the presenting author and contact information. Make sure all e-mail addresses are correctly entered.
• All ABSTRACTS shall be submitted in English.
• Each ABSTRACT shall consist of not more than 250 words in the text box.
• The abstract should be structured. Images, figures, illustrations or graphs cannot be submitted in ABSTRACTS.
• All presenting authors will get e-mail confirmation of submission.
• Additions/alterations to the submitted ABSTRACTS will not be entertained
• The last date of Paper/Poster abstract submission is 31^st August, 2025.
